Sam was born and raised on Saltspring Island, British Columbia and is now based in Montreal, Quebec, where he enjoys taking pictures, hanging out with friends, and writing about himself in the third-person narrator voice.  Sam is enrolled at Concordia University and is en-route  to obtaining a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree.  His major is Photography.

 

  I shoot almost only exclusively analogue at this point and use a variety of film stocks (Portra, Delta, and Tmax are common).  A point and shoot from Pentax and a Mamiya c330 are what I use to take my pictures, and I love them.   My switch to analogue has been recent,  and I still have and use a Canon 6D.  "Toronto", "Montreal" and my promotional work for Lovers Touch and Borges are all in camera exposures to photographic film.
